What is collected
When you send an enquiry, open a support ticket or place an order, the details you enter are collected: name, business name, email, phone, address and whatever you write in the message. Anonymous traffic statistics are collected through analytics.
How it is used
Your details are used to reply to you, to quote and deliver the work, and to keep records required for invoicing and tax. They are not sold, rented or used for advertising.
Who else sees it
A limited number of service providers may process information on behalf of NexFoundry Digital, including website hosting, email, support, analytics and payment-processing providers. Information is shared only as required to provide those services.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within two years. Client records, invoices and support history are retained as required for legitimate business, accounting, legal and warranty purposes.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of personal information held by NexFoundry Digital, or request deletion where retention is not otherwise required. Contact info@nexfoundrydigital.ca for assistance.
